Continuous Improvement* * Drive Six Sigma / Kaizen / 5S initiatives across the plant. * Work with Production, Maintenance, and R\&D to improve yield and reduce rejections. *Key Skills & Competencies*: * In-depth understanding of solar PV module production process (Mono PERC, Topcon, HJT, etc.) * Strong knowledge of testing equipment (Sun Simulator, EL Tester, Hi-pot Tester) * Audit experience (BIS, ISO, IEC) * Analytical and problem-solving skills * Leadership and team management * Communication and report-writing *Qualifications*: * B.Tech/B.E. in Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical/Materials Engineering * Minimum 8–15 years experience in quality in a solar module manufacturing plant * Certified Lead Auditor (ISO 9001) preferred
