Maintain accurate customs and logistics records using appropriate software systems (e.g., ICEGATE, CBIC, EDI). Collaborate with transport partners to ensure timely delivery and clearance of goods . Oversee warehouse activities to ensure compliance with standards of hygiene, cold storage , and security protocols . Supervise and support team members involved in customs operations and logistics handling. Required Qualifications & Skills: Graduate/Postgraduate (preferred in Commerce, Supply Chain, or related fields). 4 to 6 years of experience in customs operations , preferably in the liquor/FMCG industry . Strong knowledge of customs clearance , bonded warehousing, and excise documentation . Hands-on experience with ICEGATE , CBIC , EDI systems , and Incoterms . Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in MS Office and logistics software.
