Develop user diagrams (e.g., use case, activity, workflow diagrams) to visualize system and process flows. Prepare and deliver presentations, demos, and walkthroughs to stakeholders and decision-makers. Collaborate with product owners, developers, QA teams , and clients to ensure alignment and successful delivery. Define and manage project scope , requirements traceability , and change control processes . Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) planning, coordination, and support. Document as-is and to-be business processes , identify gaps, and recommend appropriate IT solutions. Assist in training material creation and facilitate end-user training sessions .
