Roles and Responsibilities Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced and technically proficient CNC Machine Shop Shift Incharge to manage and supervise CNC operations during the shift. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in CNC machine operation, programming (Fanuc, Siemens, or other controllers), and team supervision. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and lead CNC operators and machinists during the assigned shift. Ensure production targets, quality standards, and delivery timelines are met. Perform CNC machine programming and editing (Fanuc/Siemens/Heidenhain or similar). Operate and set up CNC machines (Turning, Milling, VMC, HMC, etc.) when required. Troubleshoot programming and operational issues to reduce downtime. Review engineering drawings and ensure correct interpretation for production.
