Ltd. is a leading manufacturer of high-quality pharmaceutical packaging products. We are expanding our technical team and looking for a highly skilled Electrical & Electronics Engineer with deep expertise in PLCs, AC/DC drives, and specialized pharmaceutical machinery. Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced professional with strong hands-on knowledge in industrial automation, PLC programming, and drive systems (AC/DC) used in high-speed pharmaceutical packaging equipment. The ideal candidate must come from a pharmaceutical manufacturing background and be adept at maintaining, troubleshooting, and optimizing machines such as ALU-ALU, Rolling Kill, Separator, Conversion, Slitting, and Rewinding units. Key Responsibilities: Troubleshoot and maintain PLC-controlled systems, including Siemens, Allen Bradley, Mitsubishi, or equivalent. Maintain and calibrate AC and DC drives used in pharmaceutical manufacturing machinery. Handle electrical and electronic maintenance of packaging machines like: ALU-ALU Rolling Mill Machines Separators Conversion Machines Slitting and Rewinding Machines Conduct preventive and breakdown maintenance with minimum downtime. Modify PLC logic and HMI screens for productivity improvements. Ensure compliance with GMP and safety standards during all operations. Coordinate with production and quality teams for continuous machine performance improvement. Maintain technical documentation, maintenance logs, and service reports. Key Requirements: Diploma/Bachelors degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering. Minimum 6–10 years of relevant experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing industry . Strong working knowledge of: PLC programming and troubleshooting AC/DC drives, sensors, and servo motors Electrical schematics and wiring diagrams Practical experience with pharmaceutical packaging machines listed above is mandatory . Should have problem-solving and analytical skills with a hands-on approach.
