Officer Stitching | Footwear Industry

Location:

Officer Stitching

Key Responsibilities

Lead and supervise stitching teams, including workers and line supervisors.
Ensure stitching quality as per approved samples and requirements.
Achieve daily production targets and maintain production plan adherence.
Manage line balancing and optimize manpower utilization on stitching lines.
Coordinate with maintenance for machine availability and smooth operations.
Train teams on 5S, safety, and process discipline.
Maintain daily production and quality records.

Qualifications

Graduate with
Diploma/Degree in Footwear Technology
from
FDDI, CFTI
, or reputed institutes.
820 years of experience
in stitching operations in the footwear industry.

Key Skills

Strong technical knowledge of stitching and footwear production.
Team leadership and workforce management (workers + supervisors).
Ability to improve productivity and maintain quality standards.
Good communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
