Treatment Planning for Injectables: Develop personalized injectable treatment plans utilizing a variety of neurotoxins (e.g., Botox, Dysport) and dermal fillers (e.g., hyaluronic acid-based fillers). Precise Injection Techniques: Administer cosmetic injectables with exceptional precision, artistic skill, and a deep understanding of facial anatomy to achieve natural and harmonious results. Managing Expectations: Clearly communicate the benefits, risks, and realistic outcomes of injectable procedures to clients. Pre and Post-Procedure Care: Provide comprehensive pre- and post-procedure instructions and care, including managing potential side effects. Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed client records, including treatment performed, product used, and before/after photos. Staying Updated: Continuously research and integrate new techniques, products, and safety protocols related to cosmetic injectables. General Responsibilities: Client Relationship Management: Build strong, trusting relationships with clients, ensuring a positive and comfortable experience. Sales & Upselling: Confidently recommend and upsell appropriate services and products based on client needs and clinic offerings. Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other team members, including dermatologists and clinic staff, to ensure seamless client care. Professional Development: Participate in ongoing training and educational opportunities to stay abreast of the latest advancements in facial aesthetics and injectables. Adherence to Regulations: Comply with all local, state, and national regulations regarding aesthetic treatments and medical procedures. Maintaining Professionalism: Uphold the highest standards of professionalism, ethics, and confidentiality. Qualifications: Proven experience (minimum 3-5 years preferred) as a Facial Aesthetician with significant hands-on experience in both advanced skincare treatments and cosmetic injectables. Valid and current Aesthetician license/certification in Rajasthan, India (or equivalent). Certification in administering neurotoxins (e.g., Botox) and dermal fillers is mandatory. In-depth knowledge of skin anatomy, physiology, common skin conditions, and advanced aesthetic technologies. Exceptional understanding of facial anatomy and a keen eye for facial aesthetics. Proficiency in performing a wide range of facial treatments and injectable procedures. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and consultation skills. Strong sales and customer service abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to safety and hygiene.
