Job Description: We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer to join our team and help design, develop, and implement solutions using the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Customer Service Management (CSM) , IT Service Management (ITSM) modules, and integrations with other systems. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation and continuous improvement of ServiceNow applications that align with business needs. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain ServiceNow solutions, particularly focusing on CSM and ITSM modules. Customize ServiceNow out-of-the-box applications, create custom applications, and build workflows to support business requirements. Develop and configure ServiceNow integrations with third-party systems (APIs, Web Services, etc.) using various integration tools. Implement RESTful APIs , SOAP web services , and MID Server integrations for seamless communication between ServiceNow and external systems. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Ensure platform integrity by performing system updates, regular maintenance, and security management. Work with IT teams to create and manage custom reports and dashboards, providing insights into service management processes. Troubleshoot and resolve incidents, problems, and service requests in a timely and efficient manner. Adhere to ITIL best practices for incident, problem, change, and knowledge management processes. Stay up to date on new ServiceNow features, updates, and best practices to suggest and implement improvements to the platform. Skills and Qualifications: Experience with ServiceNow development, especially in CSM and ITSM modules. Hands-on experience with ServiceNow scripting (Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Actions, etc.). Expertise in ServiceNow Integration (REST, SOAP, MID Server, IntegrationHub). Strong knowledge of ITIL processes and their implementation within ServiceNow. Proficiency in ServiceNow Workflow Editor and Flow Designer for creating and managing workflows and automations. Familiarity with ServiceNow Discovery and Event Management integrations. Ability to write and execute SQL queries for reporting and data analysis within ServiceNow. Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills. Experience in JavaScript and AngularJS for custom UI development on the ServiceNow platform. Familiarity with the ServiceNow Data Model and CMDB concepts. Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban). ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification is preferred. Preferred Qualifications: ServiceNow CSM and ITSM certification(s). Experience with Service Portal and UI development in ServiceNow. Experience working in cloud-based environments (AWS, Azure, etc.) and familiarity with integration tools and platforms. Familiarity with DevOps tools and processes and how they can be integrated into ServiceNow.
