What Youll Do

Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end project planning and execution across AI/ML and/or software development projects
• Conduct sprint planning, daily standups, and retrospectives
• Maintain clear and timely communication with clients via status reports and regular updates (Interact with customer to understand, manage and deliver expected outcomes consistently)
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and proactively remove delivery roadblocks
• Manage project timelines, resource allocation, scope, and quality. Report project health through prescribed formats / dashboards.
• Build strong relationships with client stakeholders and internal teams
• Drive continuous improvement in processes and team performance
  

What Were Looking For

• 45 years of project management experience in software or AI/ML project environments
• Experience working directly with clients, including international stakeholders
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira)
• Familiarity with APIs, cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure), and basic AI/ML concepts
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive accountability
  

Nice to Have:

• PMP or CSM certification
• Hands-on experience in a tech environment or with technical teams
