Experience Required: Minimum 5 years in Learning & Development / Training & Development

Role Overview:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and innovative Learning & Development professional to design, develop, and deliver impactful training initiatives for our students and faculty. The ideal candidate should be passionate about shaping the next generation of management professionals through practical approaches blended with modern learning techniques.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement L&D strategies aligned with the institute’s vision of preparing future-ready managers.
  • Conduct training needs analysis to identify skill and knowledge gaps among students and faculty.
  • Develop and evaluate training programs, workshops, and seminars focused on industry-relevant skills.
  • Introduce innovative learning methodologies such as experiential learning, simulations, case studies, role plays, and digital platforms.
  • Collaborate with faculty and industry experts to integrate real-world insights into training programs.
  • Research, strategize, and launch new programs that boost sales performance and market visibility.
  • Generate leads, conduct client outreach and engagement, drive admissions for Management Development Programmes (MDPs), and build strong relationships for future references.
  • Strategize and execute initiatives to maximize admissions in MDPs by running Google Ads, designing attractive email campaigns, and exploring social media platforms.
  • Research, strategize, and introduce new training programs that can boost sales performance and enhance market visibility.
  • Continuously monitor, assess, and improve the effectiveness of all training initiatives.

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Proven experience in designing and delivering impactful training programs.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to engage and inspire learners with innovative teaching methods.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
  • Proficiency with e-learning platforms, digital tools, and content creation.
  • Strong organizational and facilitation skills.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Management, HR, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
  • Certification in Learning & Development / Training (preferred).
  • Minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience in L&D, preferably in higher education or corporate training.
