Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Jaipur for a position at DMS Design. The selected individual will manage day-to-day responsibilities that may include collaborating on furniture designs, overseeing the customization process to meet client specifications, coordinating production schedules, and ensuring project deliverables meet quality standards. The role may also involve client communication, providing design consultation, and working closely with the team to optimize production processes.

• Proficiency in furniture design, modular furniture development, and customization
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with clients and team members
• Project management and time management expertise to effectively handle multiple tasks
• Problem-solving skills and creativity to address client requirements and offer innovative solutions
• Familiarity with manufacturing processes and quality standards in the furniture industry
• Experience or education in interior design, carpentry, or related fields is advantageous
• Ability to thrive in an on-site work environment and adapt in a fast-paced, collaborative setting
