🔔 WANTED – RECRUITMENT MANAGER At KOCHI

(Overseas Recruitment)

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Recruitment Manager to handle end-to-end overseas recruitment operations for Gulf, Europe, and other international markets.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle overseas recruitment for technical, skilled, and unskilled categories

• Coordinate with international clients and understand manpower requirements

• Source, screen, shortlist, and interview candidates

• Ensure compliance with overseas recruitment procedures and documentation

• Lead and guide recruitment teams to achieve targets

• Maintain strong candidate and client relationships

🔹 Requirements

• Proven experience in overseas recruitment / manpower consultancy

• Strong knowledge of Gulf & international hiring processes

• Excellent communication, coordination, and leadership skills

• Ability to work under pressure and meet recruitment deadlines

• Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment tools

🔹 Preferred Profile

• Experience in bulk hiring and trade testing coordination

• Client handling and business development exposure is an advantage
