Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Dehradun. The selected candidate will be responsible for various tasks, which may include policy management, customer service, sales support, and data analysis. They will collaborate with multiple teams to ensure smooth operations and provide top-notch service to our clients. The role requires attention to detail, adherence to compliance and regulatory standards, and active participation in team meetings and projects.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, policy management, and sales support
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently
• Familiarity with insurance industry standards and regulatory requirements is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and other relevant software
