Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role, located in India. The individual will be responsible for daily tasks such as conducting market research, managing client relationships, and developing real estate strategies. Additional responsibilities include preparing detailed reports, coordinating with other team members, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Qualifications

• Strong research and analytical skills for conducting market research and developing real estate strategies
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for managing client relationships
• Proficiency in preparing detailed reports and documentation
• Ability to coordinate with team members and ensure compliance with industry standards
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Real Estate, Business, or Finance
• Experience in the commercial real estate industry is a plus
