The Solar Execution Electrical Lead will spearhead the electrical execution of large-scale solar projects, ensuring technical excellence, compliance, and timely delivery. This senior role involves strategic planning, team leadership, and stakeholder management for complex solar PV installations.
Lead electrical execution for utility-scale solar projects (500 MW and above).
Oversee installation of electrical infrastructure: inverters, transformers, switchgear, SCADA systems.
Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including as-built drawings and test reports.
15+ years in solar project execution, with at least 5 years in a leadership role handling large-scale projects.
