Develop and execute sales strategies for Pan-India markets to achieve revenue targets.
Manage and grow B2B and B2C client base, including distributors, retailers, institutional buyers, and modern trade channels.
Identify and secure new business opportunities and partnerships to expand market presence.
Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing sales team across regions.
Develop and maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to adjust strategies accordingly.
Coordinate with marketing and product development teams to support promotional campaigns and product positioning.
Prepare and present monthly/quarterly sales reports and forecasts to management.
