Job Description

Role & Responsibilitie :

Responsible to Oversee all matters relating to facilities and administration, including building lease, front desk, supply resource management and records function.

Key Accountabilities :

  • Maintaining the facility and overseeing the daily administrative operations
  • Responsible for day to day operations and Overseeing all aspects of building functions and guarantees the safety and functionality of all facilities.
  • Ordering office supplies and managing stocks inventory.
  • Maintaining records of the facility, including maintenance bills and payment information
  • To ensure general office maintenance like, housekeeping, pest control, hygiene, electrical and mechanical, sanitary and plumbing, space management, minor repairs (Carpentry, masonry, furniture, painting etc.).
  • To deal with vendors/service providers like suppliers, courier etc.
  • Creating and maintaining budgets for maintenance, repairs and contracts
  • To ensure statutory liabilities and timely renewal of Licenses, Property tax, etc.
  • Welcoming on-site visitors, determining the nature of business, and notifying visitors to appropriate personnel to ensure good customer service
  • Managing Guest accommodation, hotel bookings, Car Rental whenever necessary.
  • Having Knowledge of SEZ compliance, Material in-out procedures.
  • To monitor Security & safety of office premise and alert the management of potential security issues . Also ensure all employees are Adhering To the company guideline.

Must have:

  • Stakeholder Management
  • Time management skills and Multitasking abilities
  • Having sound awareness of Electrical & LV system
  • Knowledge in handling Minimum wages & compliance related activities
  • Awareness of DG, UPS & BMS systems
  • Proficient in MS Office

Years Experience & Knowledge

  • 4 - 8 years of experience in Administration
  • Very good understanding of office management processes
  • Experience with financial and facilities management Principles
