Role & responsibilities Prepare comprehensive techno-commercial proposals for STP, ETP, and Other Water Treatment systems. Prepare accurate and comprehensive BOQs and equipment lists for pricing and procurement. Conduct technical presentations and meetings with clients, consultants, and stakeholders. Clarify client queries related to design, technology selection, and costing. Maintain regular follow-ups after proposal submission for closures and modifications. Select appropriate technologies for wastewater treatment and prepare feasibility reports. Define detailed technical specifications for all plant components and equipment. Provide detailed technical support to in-house teams: purchase, execution, erection & commissioning. Formulate customized and innovative process flow diagrams (PFD) and process & instrumentation diagrams (P&ID). Lead the design of treatment systems including sizing of units, equipment selection, and hydraulic calculations. Guide retrofitting and up gradation strategies for underperforming or old treatment plants. Ensure all deliverables are aligned with project timelines and technical accuracy. Supervise and mentor a team of process engineers and proposal executives. Assign responsibilities and review outputs of team members to ensure efficiency and development. Build a knowledge-sharing culture by updating the team with current technologies and industry standards. Coordinate with finance and commercial departments for payment follow-ups and recovery. Ensure scalability, cost-effectiveness, and operational efficiency of designed solutions. Provide project status updates to management and directors on a regular basis.

Role & responsibilities support and manage the Director's day-to-day work and schedule. Act as the primary external and Internal point of Contact on behalf of the Director. Screen incoming call and promptly update the Director on important matters. Arrange meetings and prepare, maintain, and circulate minutes of meeting(MOM) to all stakeholder. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely project deliverables. Send interlocutory emails to new clients within 24 hours of engagement. Role & responsibilities:- Collaborate with project proponents to gather comprehensive project details. Develop in-depth knowledge of CTE/CTO/HWM consent processes across states and industrial categories. Understand Environment Clearance regulations and associated consent requirements. Conduct regular site visits for project understanding and compliance checks. Prepare project representations for consent-related projects. Evaluate projects pre- and post-consent acquisition per MoEFCC/CPCB guidelines and prepare the project charter. Submit consent applications via online state portals. Manage expansion, extension, and renewal of consents . Provide expert inputs and lead team functions. Monitor compliance with CTE/CTO/HWM during validity periods. Assign tasks and ensure timely application submission and query resolution . Handle show cause notices and prepare appropriate responses. Provide technical opinions and suggestions for client cases. Conduct and prepare monthly, quarterly, and yearly environmental audits . Conduct internal audits as per NABET and ISO 9001:2015 standards . Maintain project files (both soft and hard copies) per compliance procedures. Effectively manage project scope and resources . Provide regular updates on Google Sheets and APMS platform.
