Job Description

Role: Develops complex applications and systems to provide the required functionality for all IT services, including configuration and adjustment of standard software. Provides application maintenance and support services to users or to service delivery functions and contributes to the operations of a dedicated application or application class. Responsibilities: Analyze business processes, recommending and leading automation, workflow optimization, and process improvements using ServiceNow to boost operational efficiency. Gather and document end-user requirements by working with cross functional teams. Prototype and configure based on Project requirements. Manage testing, identify test scenarios/use cases, help develop test scripts and execute UAT with the project team. Maintain and support ad-hoc reporting needs. Oversee the end-to-end operation, maintenance, and support of the ServiceNow platform, ensuring optimal performance, availability, and system security by managing roles, permissions, and access controls. Conduct health checks, manage deployments, upgrades, and patches to keep the system secure and up-to-date, while implementing minor enhancements and managing the lifecycle of user stories. Monitor and troubleshoot system performance, proactively implementing solutions to enhance platform stability, data integrity, and user experience Collaborate with cross-functional teams as the ServiceNow expert to ensure cohesive integration and alignment across initiatives Key Competencies & Skills required : 4-6 years of hands-on experience as a ServiceNow Administrator in an enterprise environment JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other web development technologies Strong background in developing and maintaining integrations with third-party systems, utilising REST/SOAP APIs, JDBC, LDAP, SSO, and other relevant protocols In-depth understanding of ServiceNow architecture, including database structure and application design Education/Qualification: Experience working with technical support team(s) and be able to align and discuss with ServiceNow Architects
