Role: Develops complex applications and systems to provide the required functionality for all IT services, including configuration and adjustment of standard software. Gather and document end-user requirements by working with cross functional teams. Prototype and configure based on Project requirements. Oversee the end-to-end operation, maintenance, and support of the ServiceNow platform, ensuring optimal performance, availability, and system security by managing roles, permissions, and access controls. Conduct health checks, manage deployments, upgrades, and patches to keep the system secure and up-to-date, while implementing minor enhancements and managing the lifecycle of user stories.
