Job Description

Key Responsibilities:


Talent Acquisition Strategy:


  • Define and execute short-term and long-term hiring plans in alignment with business goals.
  • Collaborate with functional heads and HR leadership for workforce planning and talent forecasting.

Lateral Recruitment:


  • Lead full-cycle recruitment for mid to senior-level roles across technical and non-technical functions.
  • Implement sourcing strategies through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and vendor partners.
  • Maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for critical and niche roles.

Campus Hiring:


  • Build strategic partnerships with colleges, universities, and technical institutions.
  • Organize campus recruitment drives, pre-placement talks, aptitude assessments, and onboarding of fresh graduates.
  • Design and implement internship, management trainee, and graduate engineer trainee (GET) programs.

Team Management:


  • Lead, coach, and mentor a recruitment team of

    10 members

    , ensuring high levels of motivation and productivity.
  • Allocate roles, monitor performance metrics, and provide regular training and feedback.
  • Create an environment of collaboration, learning, and excellence within the team.

Reporting & Analytics:


  • Track and report recruitment KPIs such as time-to-hire, source effectiveness, offer-to-join ratio, etc.
  • Present data-driven insights and hiring dashboards to management.

Employer Branding & HR Technology:


  • Enhance employer visibility through branding campaigns, career fairs, and social media.
  • Drive process automation and system enhancements using ATS and recruitment platforms.

Desired Candidate Profile:


  • Educational Qualification:

    MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent.
  • Experience:

    Minimum 12 years in talent acquisition with hands-on exposure to both lateral and campus hiring.
  • Team Handling:

    Proven experience managing and developing a team of at least 810 recruiters.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Familiarity with modern sourcing tools, ATS platforms, and data analytics in recruitment.

  • Strategic mindset with operational excellence.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Knowledge of industry-specific hiring trends and diversity hiring.
