Recruitment Head UAE IT Recruitment (Contract Staffing)

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership:

• Develop and lead contract staffing strategy for IT roles across the UAE region.
  
• Build strong candidate pipelines for short- and mid-term project-based hiring needs.
  
• Lead high-performance recruitment and delivery teams, ensuring SLA adherence and hiring efficiency.
  

Client Engagement:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for UAE-based clients in IT contract staffing.
  
• Understand client project demands and propose staffing solutions proactively.
  
• Ensure regular communication, performance updates, and issue resolution.
  

Contract Staffing Delivery:

• Oversee sourcing, interviewing, negotiation, and deployment of IT contract professionals.
  
• Manage candidate redeployment, bench planning, and contract extensions.
  
• Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws, visa regulations, and payroll processes for contract resources.
  

Team Management & Operations:

• Guide and mentor recruiters on sourcing strategies, UAE market trends, and client requirements.
  
• Ensure usage of ATS/CRM systems to manage contract resource data and client information.
  
• Track and report key hiring metrics: TAT, fill rate, offer-to-join ratio, redeployment rate, etc.
  

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Proven experience in UAE IT contract staffing and project-based hiring.
  
• Strong knowledge of local visa and compliance regulations for contract staff.
  
• Experience handling high-volume contract hiring across IT domains (Cloud, Infra, Security, ERP, Data, Development).
  
• Familiarity with payroll, third-party contracting, and vendor coordination.
  
• Proficiency with recruitment tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukrigulf, ATS platforms like Bullhorn or Zoho).
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's/Masters degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
  
• Minimum 10 years of recruitment experience, with 5+ years in UAE IT contract staffing leadership.
  
• Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication skills.
