Stakeholder Management: Collaborating with clients, internal teams, and external vendors to gather requirements, manage expectations, and ensure project success. Quality Assurance: Implementing and managing processes for testing, quality assurance, and documentation, ensuring high-quality deliverables. Project Tracking and Reporting: Utilizing project management tools (e.g., JIRA, MS Project, Smartsheet) to track progress, manage risks, and generate reports. Budget Management: Managing project budgets, ensuring projects stay within allocated costs. Problem Solving: Identifying and resolving project issues and risks, proactively mitigating potential roadblocks. Team Leadership and Development: Coaching and mentoring team members, fostering a collaborative environment, and ensuring high team performance. Adhering to Project Management Methodologies: Implementing and adapting methodologies like Agile and hybrid approaches to optimize project outcomes. Key Responsibilities: Strong Project Management Skills: Experience in planning, scheduling, budgeting, and managing projects. Knowledge of Salesforce: Understanding of Salesforce platform, its various clouds (e.g., Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud), and its features. Agile and Hybrid Project Management: Experience in implementing and managing Agile and hybrid project methodologies. Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build rapport with stakeholders. Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills: Ability to identify, analyze, and resolve project issues. Key Performance Indicators: Processes & Successful project deliveries Qualificaton: Bachelors or masters Functional Skills/Competencies: Stakeholder management, process orientation Behavioral Skills/Competencies: Communication skills and team management Role & responsibilities Preferred candidate profile
