Job Description

Evaluate and process credit proposals for Working Capital products (Cash Credit, Overdraft, Term Loans, etc.) in line with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
Conduct financial analysis, due diligence, and risk assessment of borrowers, including assessment of balance sheets, cash flows, and bank statements.
Ensure timely sanctioning and disbursal of proposals, maintaining turnaround time (TAT) as per business standards.
Collaborate with business teams and relationship managers to ensure high-quality sourcing of credit proposals.
Monitor early warning signals, overdue accounts, and portfolio performance of sanctioned proposals.
Maintain compliance with internal credit policies, processes, and regulatory frameworks.
Provide regular portfolio reviews, MIS reports, and analysis for management.
Support audits, process improvements, and internal training for better credit quality.
Conduct periodic customer visits to validate end-use of funds and monitor borrower performance.
