Job Description

Job opening For Branch Manager/Sr. Manager/Sr. RM / RM/Trainees -Equity & Commodity

Justify your branch and team costs with the minimum required number of accounts, margins, and revenue.
Must bring a minimum of
5 Relationship Managers (RMs)
as part of your team.
Acquire
HNI clients and franchisees
on a monthly basis.
Advise and manage HNI client portfolios across equity and commodity products.
Lead, motivate, and ensure performance of your team; ensure that sales targets and KPIs are consistently met.
Drive
revenue growth
through client engagement, advisory services, and promotion of all in-house products.
Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless client servicing.
Ensure regulatory compliance and adherence to risk protocols.

Requirements:

Must have a team handling Experience

Relationship Manager (RM) Equity Advisory

Reports to:

Acquire and manage retail and HNI clients.
Provide investment advisory on equity and commodity portfolios.
Execute trades and offer daily market updates to clients.
Ensure consistent brokerage generation and client engagement.
Maintain accurate records of client transactions and advisory.
Promote cross-selling of mutual funds, SIPs, and other third-party products.

Requirements:

Minimum 2 to
3 years
experience in equity Sales/advisory.
Strong communication and analytical skills.
Must be client-focused with a sales-driven mindset.
