Job Description – Personality Development Faculty

Position: Personality Development Trainer / Soft Skills Faculty
Department: Training & Placement / Skill Development Cell
Location: Manorama institute of management and technology, Agra
Reports To: MD / Principal

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and engaging Personality Development Faculty to train students in communication, grooming, interpersonal skills, and confidence building. The role involves conducting interactive sessions, workshops, and training programs that enhance students’ professional and personal development, preparing them for academic success, corporate readiness, and life skills.

Key Responsibilities Training & Delivery

  • Conduct regular classes, workshops, and interactive sessions on personality development, communication, body language, and etiquette.
  • Train students in soft skills, including time management, teamwork, leadership, and emotional intelligence.
  • Organize mock interviews, group discussions, and public speaking practice sessions.
  • Enhance students’ resume writing and job interview skills.
  • Provide career guidance and motivation for overall self-improvement.

Student Engagement & Mentoring

  • Identify individual student needs and customize training accordingly.
  • Encourage participation in debates, presentations, and co-curricular activities.
  • Provide one-on-one mentoring for confidence and performance improvement.

Curriculum & Program Development

  • Design training modules based on industry requirements and student skill gaps.
  • Collaborate with placement cell to align training with recruiter expectations.
  • Develop assessments and feedback mechanisms to track student progress.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in English, Psychology, Education, or related field.
  • Certification in soft skills training / corporate training preferred.
  • Minimum 2–5 years of experience in training, teaching, or corporate communication.

Skills & Competencies

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong command over spoken and written English.
  • Ability to engage and motivate students.
  • Knowledge of corporate culture and recruitment processes.
  • Creativity in designing training activities.
