Position: Assistant Professor / Lecturer – BBA, BCA, B.Com, BA
Department: Business Administration / Computer Applications / Commerce / Arts
Location: Manorama institute of management and technology, Agra
Reports To: Head of Department / Principal

Job Summary

We are seeking qualified and passionate faculty members to teach undergraduate students in the BBA, BCA, B.Com, and BA programs. The role involves delivering high-quality academic instruction, engaging in curriculum development, guiding students in projects and research, and contributing to the overall growth of the department and institution.

Key Responsibilities

• Teaching & Learning
• Deliver lectures and practical sessions as per the syllabus prescribed by the university/affiliating body.
• Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, and assessments.
• Use innovative teaching methods to enhance student learning.
• Student Guidance & Mentoring
• Guide students in academic projects, internships, and research work.
• Provide academic counseling and career guidance.
• Maintain attendance and performance records.
• Academic Administration
• Contribute to curriculum review and enhancement.
• Participate in departmental meetings, workshops, and seminars.
• Assist in accreditation, quality audits, and compliance requirements.
• Research & Professional Development
• Engage in scholarly research, publications, and conferences.
• Stay updated with advancements in the respective subject area.
• Collaborate with industry and academia for skill-based learning initiatives.

Eligibility Criteria

• For BBA & B.Com Faculty:
• Master’s degree (MBA/M.Com)
• For BCA Faculty:
• MCA / M.Sc. (CS/IT) / M.Tech.
• For BA Faculty:
• Master’s degree in relevant subject (e.g., English, Economics, Political Science, etc.)
