JOB DESCRIPTION: MOTION GRAPHICS ARTIST (META & YOUTUBE AD CREATIVES)

We are looking for a creative, detail-driven, and performance-aware Motion Graphics Artist to design and produce high-impact video creatives for our advertising campaigns on Meta (Instagram & Facebook) and YouTube.

This role is ideal for someone who understands visual storytelling, digital ad formats, and platform-optimized content, and is excited to contribute to the creative force behind one of India’s fastest-growing EdTech brands.

Key Responsibilities

1. Motion Design for Meta & YouTube Ads

· Conceptualize and execute motion graphics and short-form animations for paid campaigns across Meta (Instagram Reels, Stories, Feed) and YouTube (In-stream, Shorts, Bumper ads).

· Adapt existing static graphics into attention-grabbing motion content, optimized for placement, duration, and engagement.

· Use dynamic typography, transitions, SFX, and visual effects to elevate ad creative quality and storytelling.

2. Collaboration with Marketing & Content Teams

· Work closely with performance marketers, content writers, and graphic designers to interpret briefs and develop visual narratives that align with campaign goals.

· Translate product benefits, pain points, hooks, and offers into platform-native motion creatives.

3. Creative Optimization & Testing

· Support A/B testing of multiple versions of motion creatives to improve CTR, ROAS, and engagement.

· Stay updated with evolving trends in performance video ads, visual styles, platform algorithms, and ad best practices.

· Optimize video creatives for different aspect ratios, resolutions, and file formats required by Meta Ads and YouTube.

4. Branding, Consistency & Timeliness

· Ensure that all creatives follow brand guidelines, tone of voice, and core messaging across platforms.

· Work under defined timelines and deliver multiple variations for iterative testing as per the ad strategy.

· Maintain a repository of past creatives, templates, and animations for internal reference.

Minimum Qualifications

· Minimum 2 years of experience in motion graphics, video editing, or animation—especially for ad campaigns.

· Proficient in tools such as Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator (or equivalent).

· Strong portfolio demonstrating experience with digital ads, short-form videos, and branded content.

· Solid understanding of Meta ad placement guidelines, aspect ratios, and creative compliance.

· Ability to manage multiple tasks with tight deadlines and frequent feedback iterations.

Work Location

This is a Work from Office role based in Dombivli, Maharashtra.

Salary Range

25,000/- to 30,000/- (based on experience & skillset).
