Requirements:
· Salesforce Administrator Certification.
· Minimum 3 years of Salesforce administration experience.
· Strong knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud capabilities.
· Proficiency in Salesforce Flows and automation tools.
· Experience with 3rd-party APIs and external system integrations.
· Experience working with IT service management tools
· Solid understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) principles.
· Demonstrated success in Salesforce integration projects.
· Experience with standard Salesforce reporting and dashboard tools..
Key Responsibilities
· Configure and maintain Salesforce Sales Cloud to meet business requirements.
· Develop and manage external system integrations linked to Salesforce.
· Proactively gather user feedback, manage support tickets, and address system issues.
· Identify, evaluate, and implement new Salesforce features and technologies.
· Continuously assess and optimize system usage and performance.
· Lead user training sessions and promote best practices to drive adoption.
· Develop custom reports and dashboards for various business units.
· Ensure platform security, data integrity, and compliance with company standards.
· Maintain strong documentation for system processes, customizations, and workflows.
Shift: 7.30PM to 3.3. AM/ 6.30 PM to 2.30 AM
