Job purpose is to ensure that the lead LP modelling role effectively contributes to the organizations strategic goals by providing robust and efficient optimization solutions.
Economic aspects of refining and petrochemical business and overview of the entire value chain
Refinery and Petrochemical LP modelling to support asset development plans
Troubleshooting and guiding the LP engineer
PIMS Report Analysis
Configuration Evaluation

Serve as the subject matter expert in linear programming and optimization techniques, as well as refinery and petrochemical technologies.
Stay updated with the latest methodologies and tools to build or upgrade technological models by incorporating recent improvements.
Lead the design and implementation of LP models to solve optimization problems relevant to the organization.
Ensure accurate and thorough data collection, validation, and preprocessing for LP models.
Interpret and analyze LP model outputs to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
Continuously monitor the performance and accuracy of LP models
Adjust models as needed to maintain effectiveness.
Provide training, guidance, and support to junior team members and stakeholders on LP modelling and optimization techniques.
Manage LP modelling projects from inception to completion.
Ensure timelines, budgets, and deliverables are met.
Identify opportunities for innovation and improvement in existing processes and models.
Enhance efficiency and outcomes based on latest trends in technologies.
