Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Jewelry Production Manager located in Jaipur. The Jewelry Production Manager will be responsible for overseeing the entire production process from the design phase to the final product, ensuring high-quality standards are met. Other key responsibilities include managing production schedules, coordinating with the design team, maintaining inventory levels, and supervising production staff. The role also involves ensuring compliance with safety and industry standards and implementing cost-effective measures to optimize production efficiency.

Qualifications

• Experience in jewelry production management and quality control
• Strong understanding of jewelry design, materials, and manufacturing processes
• Project management, organizational, and time management skills
• Proficiency in inventory management and scheduling
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Ability to identify and solve production-related issues effectively
• Bachelor's degree in Jewelry Design, Gemology, Engineering, or related field is preferred
• Experience in the jewelry industry is advantageous
