We are seeking an experienced Jewelry Production Manager with a strong background in jewelry manufacturing and factory operations. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in managing jewelry production processes, team coordination, and quality control.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage day-to-day jewelry production operations
• Coordinate with design, CAD, casting, setting, polishing, and QC departments
• Ensure timely delivery of orders with high quality standards
• Monitor workflow and production timelines
• Handle manpower planning and resource allocation
• Troubleshoot production issues and ensure smooth factory operations

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in jewelry production/factory management
• Strong knowledge of gold, diamond, and polki jewelry manufacturing processes
• Ability to manage large teams and work under pressure
• Good communication and leadership skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
