Job Overview:

MB SONS J Showroom is looking for a well-spoken, confident, and customer-focused female candidate to join as a Customer Relationship Executive. The selected candidate will be responsible for welcoming customers, understanding their requirements in Gold, Diamond, and Polki jewellery, and ensuring a pleasant shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and attend to walk-in customers at the showroom.
• Understand customer needs and assist them in selecting suitable jewellery items (Gold, Diamond, Polki).
• Offer detailed product information and answer customer queries.
• Build trust and maintain long-term customer relationships.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through excellent service.
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude with customers.
• Coordinate with the showroom team for smooth operations.

Requirements:

• Female candidates only.
• Minimum qualification: 12th pass or graduate.
• Fluent in English communication (spoken).
• Presentable appearance and professional attitude.
• Previous experience in retail/customer service preferred.
• Friendly, confident, and customer-oriented.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
