We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Jewelry Production Manager to oversee the end-to-end manufacturing and production process of fine or fashion jewelry. Someone who has an experience in jewelry manufacturing and has been doing jewelry manufacturing in the past. The ideal candidate has a strong background in jewelry making, vendor coordination, materials sourcing, and production workflow management. Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily production operations, ensuring quality control and timely order fulfillment Manage production schedules, allocate workloads, and track progress across internal teams and external manufacturers Coordinate with designers, CAD teams, bench jewelers, casters, and stone setters to bring designs to life Source and manage relationships with material suppliers and subcontractors (casting, polishing, plating, etc.) Maintain detailed production documentation including BOMs (Bill of Materials), cost sheets, and timelines Implement and enforce quality control standards across all stages of production Forecast inventory needs and ensure all necessary materials (metals, stones, findings) are procured on time Troubleshoot production issues, minimize delays, and optimize efficiency and cost Collaborate with sales, merchandising, and logistics teams to align production with customer demand and seasonal launches Maintain compliance with ethical and sustainability standards in materials and labor, where applicable Requirements Proven experience (3+ years) in jewelry production or manufacturing management Strong knowledge of jewelry materials, processes (casting, stone setting, polishing), and supply chain Familiar with CAD/CAM and jewelry design software Strong vendor and supplier management experience Detail-oriented with a passion for craftsmanship and quality Experience communicating with the factory Understanding how to read a cad Knowledge in Diamonds Benefits Purely work-from-home Night Shift (EST) Weekly pay
