. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable coordinating with design, marketing, and sales teams.

Key Responsibilities

Product Data Management

Digitize, scan, and organize jewellery product design sheets.Maintain updated product records, SKUs, metadata, and image libraries.Implement correct naming conventions and structured filing systems.Ensure data accuracy across all product databases.

Image Editing & Visual Preparation

Edit, retouch, and enhance jewellery product images in

Adobe Photoshop

.Ensure image consistency, proper resolution, and brand alignment.Prepare image sets for catalogues, web listings, and client presentations.

Presentation & Catalogue Creation

Create polished, client-ready product catalogues & PPT decks.Organize product information into structured templates.Support sales teams with updated product decks and marketing materials.

Excel & Documentation

Maintain pricing sheets, SKU trackers, and product data in Excel.Ensure accuracy of technical, pricing, and descriptive information.Maintain version control and proper documentation standards.

Cross-Department Coordination

Work closely with design, merchandising, sales, and marketing teams.Manage approvals, revisions, and updates for product content.Support general back-office coordination related to product data.

Candidate Profile

Must-Have Skills

2–4 years

experience in jewellery, diamonds, fashion, or catalogue management.Strong proficiency in

Adobe Photoshop

,

MS Excel

, and

PowerPoint

.Experience in product cataloguing, image editing & structured data management.Ability to create clean, professional product presentations.High attention to detail, accuracy, and organization.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in

jewellery/diamond catalogues, SKU structuring, or export houses

.Basic understanding of jewellery components, product attributes, and quality.Graduate in any discipline; design/graphics certification is a plus.
