Job Description

As a Jewellery Merchandiser at Avni Jewels, you will play a crucial role in coordinating with design, production, and sales teams to develop jewellery collections that align with market trends. Your responsibilities will include planning and managing product assortments, tracking orders from sampling to dispatch, sourcing raw materials, managing pricing and margins, monitoring market trends and competitor offerings, managing inventory levels, liaising with vendors, and ensuring compliance with quality standards. Additionally, you will support sales teams with product knowledge, prepare MIS reports, and coordinate for exhibitions and launches. Key Responsibilities: - Coordinate with design, production, and sales teams - Plan and manage product assortments based on customer demand - Track orders from sampling to final dispatch - Source and manage raw materials - Ensure costing, pricing, and margin control - Monitor market trends and competitor offerings - Manage inventory levels - Liaise with vendors, karigars, and manufacturers - Ensure compliance with quality standards - Support sales teams with product knowledge - Prepare MIS reports - Coordinate for exhibitions, launches, and seasonal collections Qualifications: - Proficiency in communication and customer service skills - Experience in merchandising or product development in the jewellery field - Knowledge of marketing strategies relevant to the jewellery industry - Strong organizational and problem-solving skills - Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams - Prior experience in the jewellery sector is a plus - Bachelor's degree or a related field is preferred As a Jewellery Merchandiser at Avni Jewels, you will play a crucial role in coordinating with design, production, and sales teams to develop jewellery collections that align with market trends.
