Job Summary:

The Jewellery Consultant is responsible for providing exceptional customer service, product knowledge, and expert guidance to clients in selecting fine jewellery. This role is crucial in building lasting customer relationships, meeting sales goals, and enhancing the store’s reputation for quality and service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in a professional and courteous manner.
• Understand customer needs and offer appropriate jewellery options and guidance.
• Demonstrate strong product knowledge of gemstones, gold, diamonds, and other materials.
• Explain features, pricing, and warranty information effectively.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current jewellery trends and collections.
• Achieve or exceed individual and store sales targets.
• Handle POS transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Assist in stock management, inventory control, and merchandise display.
• Follow all store operations and security protocols.
• Address customer queries, complaints, and after-sales service professionally.
• Build and maintain client relationships through follow-ups and personalized service.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 1-3 years of experience in jewellery or luxury retail sales.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Basic knowledge of jewellery types, stones, and quality markers is preferred.
• Flexible to work on weekends, holidays, and rotational shifts.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Diploma or certification in Jewellery Design, Retail, or related field is a plus.
• Multilingual abilities are an advantage.

Work Environment:

• Retail showroom environment with regular customer interaction.
• Requires standing for long periods and handling delicate merchandise.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
