Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Account Director with 8 to 13 years of experience in advertising/digital agencies managing mid to large accounts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in content, digital marketing, production, and integrated campaigns.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage day-to-day relationships with key clients to ensure seamless delivery and proactive thinking.
Lead client strategy, briefs, annual plans, and campaign direction to drive business growth.
Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and new sectors to expand the company's reach.
Collaborate closely with Creative, Design, Performance, and Production teams to ensure timely execution and quality control.
Present ideas, decks, and campaign recommendations confidently to clients and internal stakeholders.
Mentor junior account managers and strengthen client processes to ensure long-term success.
