Role Overview

  • We are looking for someone with 1 - 2 years of startup experience who wants to work directly with the founder and be part of high-impact, fast-moving work.
  • This role involves assisting in operations, strategy support, marketing coordination, sales help, and special projects.
  • You dont need design skills - just strong communication, execution ability, and an ownership mindset.

Key Responsibilities

1. Founder Support & Coordination

  • Work directly with the founder on day-to-day priorities, follow-ups, and deadlines.
  • Prepare meeting notes, drafts, and basic presentations.
  • Coordinate with internal teams on behalf of the founder.

2. Operations & Execution

  • Support daily operational activities to ensure smooth workflow across departments.
  • Handle vendor follow-ups, order tracking, and project coordination.
  • Assist in festive seasons like Diwali by ensuring seamless execution of tasks.

3. Marketing & Campaign Support

  • Coordinate with the marketing team for campaigns, posts, and festive activities.
  • Assist in planning product shoots, packaging coordination, and content collection (no design work).
  • Draft simple communication for internal updates, announcements, or founder messages.

4. Sales & Client Assistance

  • Help prepare proposals, gifting decks, and pitch support material (content side only).
  • Join key client discussions for data collection, notes, and follow-ups.
  • Maintain smooth communication on behalf of the founder where needed.

5. Research & Reporting

  • Conduct basic research on trends, competitors, new products, and opportunities.
  • Maintain trackers, dashboards, and weekly reports.
  • Share insights and action points clearly with the founder.

6. Special Projects

  • Assist in new initiatives, partnerships, pilot projects, and confidential tasks.
  • Help streamline workflows and build simple processes across departments.
  • Act as a coordination point for cross-team projects.

What Were Looking For

  • 1 - 2 years of experience in a startup environment.
  • Strong communication (written + verbal).
  • Highly organised , proactive, and good at multitasking.
  • Fast learner who can execute things quickly with minimal supervision.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Strong ownership mindset and willingness to take responsibilities end-to-end.
