Job Description

Education:- Diploma (Tool & Die / Mechanical) 1. Handling CNC Machining operations of Press Dies. 2. Coordination with shop for handling of CNC machining operations (A, B and C shifts). 3. Manpower handling at shop floor level. 4. Machining job planning and monitoring. 5. Knowledge of Machined Part inspection. 6. New Tooling trial. 7. Die parts quality monitoring with PDCA approach. 8. Target vs. Actual machining hour analysis with die machining hours reduction. 9. Machining efficiency improvement. 10. Basic know how of double column CNC machines, Fanuc controller, NX, Tebis, MS Office.
