Job Description

We are looking for a young and passionate person who has at least

work experience in

planning, conducting, and monitoring all training and capacity

building activities under the EMCHN

project.
This includes training of community health volunteers (Arogya Sakhis), field facilitators, and

local stakeholders on matern

al, child health, and nutrition practices.

Required Skill sets:

Check the Field Facilitator

training registers

for data quality

Attend open meeting / Cluster level Association meeting/ Block level Association meetings

and Aarogya

training as per the training plans.

Monitor the quality of training and hand holding Field officers/ Field Facilitators.

Development of the IEC material and training material

Maintenance of data and information of Aarogya

sakhi and Aaroghya sakhi training

Plan and Organise Aroghya Sakhi trainings at Cluster level.

TOT of trainers and Field Officer on time to time.

Develop training materials, Pre and Post

test and

the pre and post data for improve

the content of training quality.

the program manager to develop quarterly report.

Provide data to the Senior staff as and when required related to training

Selection Criteria

RAICHURU, KARNATAKA

yrs to 3

Graduate / Postgraduate in

Work, or Related field.

5 years of experience

in training/community health capacity

building programs.

Prior experience with maternal and child health or nutrition projects

and any other languages

Rs.

L per Annum.
