Job Summary:

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Java Trainer to join our technical training team in Nagercoil. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Core Java, Advanced Java, Spring Boot, and related technologies, along with a strong passion for teaching and mentoring students or junior developers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver interactive classroom training sessions on Core Java, OOPs concepts, JDBC, Servlets, JSP, Spring, Spring Boot, Hibernate, and RESTful APIs.
• Design and develop training materials, coding exercises, and real-time projects to enhance practical learning.
• Conduct assessments, quizzes, and hands-on coding evaluations.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to students or trainees.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and updates in the Java ecosystem.
• Customize training sessions based on learner levels and institutional needs.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in Java development and/or training.
• Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOPs) concepts.
• Proficient in Core Java, JDBC, Servlets, JSP, Spring, Hibernate, and Spring Boot.
• Familiarity with MySQL or PostgreSQL databases.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to explain complex topics in a clear and engaging manner.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Microservices, Maven/Gradle, Git, and REST APIs.
• Exposure to frontend technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
• Prior experience in corporate or academic training.
