Java Tech Lead

Position:- Tech Lead (Java)

Job Location:- Delhi

Exp- 5-6 Years

JOB DESCRIPTION

Key Responsibilities

· Develop and maintain backend services using Core Java and Spring Boot

· Design and implement RESTful APIs and microservices architecture

· Integrate server-side logic with frontend components

· Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability

· Conduct unit testing and participate in code reviews

· Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues

· Collaborate with DevOps for CI/CD pipeline integration

· Maintain documentation for code, APIs, and system architecture.

· Proven track record of leading development teams, mentoring junior developers

· Experience in Agile/Scrum environments and sprint planning

· Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions

Technical skills

· Strong proficiency in Core Java and Spring Boot

· Experience with RESTful APIs, JSON, and HTTP protocols

· Familiarity with SQL databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL ,Oracle)

· Knowledge of version control systems like Git

· Understanding of OOP principles and design patterns

· Exposure to microservices, Docker, or Kubernetes is a plus

· Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills

Tools

· JBoss, Apache Tomcat

· Java, spring Framework good to have.

Type of Project

· Experience in Government project development is good to have.

· Experience in Customization development through java.

· Experience in Custom portal development is required

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹582,579.10 - ₹1,024,598.12 per year
