Role Overview:

We are looking for a highly skilled Java Tech Lead with 8+ years of experience to lead development efforts across backend and frontend technologies. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Java, Microservices, REST APIs, and React, with the ability to design scalable solutions, ensure best coding practices, and mentor the development team.

Key Responsibilities:

✔️ Lead and oversee the design, development, and deployment of scalable applications. ✔️ Drive backend development (60%) with strong expertise in Java, REST APIs, and Microservices. ✔️ Manage frontend development (40%) with React to deliver seamless user interfaces. ✔️ Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, QA, DevOps) to ensure smooth delivery.✔️ Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and code reviews to the team. Ensure high performance, security, and scalability of applications.✔️ Stay updated with emerging technologies to bring innovation into projects.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 8+ years of professional experience in software development. • Strong expertise in Java and Spring Boot (preferred). • Hands-on experience with REST APIs and Microservices architecture. • Proficiency in React.js and modern frontend practices. • Experience in Agile methodologies and CI/CD processes. • Strong problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.

Good to Have:

🤞 Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).🤞 Familiarity with containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).🤞 Exposure to database design (SQL/NoSQL).
