Experience :- 11+ yrs Location :- Remote We are seeking an experienced Senior Java solution Architect to lead the design and development of scalable, secure, and high-performance backend systems. You will play a pivotal role in driving architecture decisions, mentoring engineering teams, and aligning technical initiatives with business goals. Key Responsibilities: Design and develop scalable microservices using Java, Spring Boot, and related technologies. Define coding standards, enforce best practices, and guide architecture strategy. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver robust, cloud-native solutions. Lead performance tuning, application security, and modernization initiatives. Mentor developers, conduct code reviews, and ensure engineering excellence. Drive CI/CD automation and support deployment through Docker and Kubernetes. Ensure high-quality documentation and adherence to SDLC processes. Required Skills: 8+ years of Java backend development and architecture experience. Expertise in Spring Boot, Spring Framework, Hibernate/JPA, and REST APIs. Strong knowledge of AWS/Azure, Oracle SQL, and NoSQL databases. Proficient in Git, Jenkins, Docker, and Kubernetes. Deep understanding of OOP, design patterns, and microservices architecture. Strong focus on secure coding and compliance. Nice to Have: Experience with Kafka, frontend frameworks (React, Angular), and DevOps tools.
