Mandatory Skills:

We’re looking for a strong Java Backend Engineer with deep expertise in Spring Boot and related backend technologies. One should be capable of understanding complex systems, identifying performance and design improvements, and implementing scalable, clean, and secure code independently. Ideal candidates will bring a problem-solving mindset, solid experience with REST APIs, relational databases, and microservices architecture, along with strong communication skills to work effectively across teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze, design, and develop backend services using Java and Spring Boot

Optimize existing code and suggest architectural improvements

Build scalable RESTful APIs and integrate with external/internal services

Ensure high performance, security, and reliability of backend systems

Work closely with DevOps, frontend, and product teams for seamless delivery
