Job Description

Provide 24/7 production support for Java/Spring and microservices applications
Investigate and resolve incidents (e.g., crashes, slowdowns, errors), perform root cause analysis grabjobs.co
Monitor logging/metrics and work with CI/CD pipelines to stabilize deployments
Code Fixes & Enhancements
Apply patches and bug fixes directly in production
Collaborate with development teams for quick hotfix deployments and longer-term enhancements
Messaging & Integration Management
Handle messaging layers using IBM MQ, ActiveMQ, JMS, Kafka, etc.
Troubleshoot integration/synchronization issues with external systems +6 +10
Database & System Support
Use SQL for investigating data-related issues
Manage application servers (Tomcat, JBoss) and support shell scripting for automations +4
Stakeholder Coordination
Liaise with onshore/offshore teams, DevOps, business users during incidents
Maintain incident logs, update stakeholders, drive quick resolution
