Job Description

Responsibilities:

Investigate and drive support resolution with senior external clients, internal stakeholders, and other engineering teams.
Serve as point of escalation for issues from L1 support.
Automate manual processes to increase efficiency and reduce risk.
Participate in on-call rotations and respond to incidents as needed.
Continuously improve processes and systems to increase reliability.
Suggest improvements on roadmap for enhancing client experience.
Create documentation, runbooks, and code snippets for clients and internal teams.
Provide mentorship to junior team members for successful issue resolution.
Develop and mature SRE strategy to ensure scalability, reliability, and performance.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Must-Have Skills:

Strong hands-on experience in
Java programming
.
Experience in debugging
API calls
and writing quality-of-life scripts for clients.
Ability to create scripts for debugging and tooling purposes.
Basic knowledge of
UI and API integration
.
Basic knowledge of
SQL
.
Presentable and confident communicator, able to interact with clients and stakeholders.
