Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Nellore for a Java Full Stack Trainer. The Java Full Stack Trainer will conduct expert-led training sessions, provide mentorship to students, and assist in interview preparation. Duties include developing and delivering curriculum, creating real-time project experiences, and offering 100% placement assistance to trainees. The trainer will play a critical role in shaping the careers of aspiring IT professionals by providing comprehensive training in Java and related technologies.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Java, JavaScript, and related frameworks (Spring, Angular, React)
• Experience with front-end and back-end development (HTML, CSS, Node.js, SQL/NoSQL databases)
• Strong understanding of DevOps practices and tools (Git, Jenkins, Docker, AWS)
• Excellent teaching, communication, and presentation skills
• Ability to develop and deliver comprehensive training programs
• Relevant experience in software development and training, with a focus on hands-on project experience
• Passion for mentoring and guiding freshers in their career journey
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
