Job Overview

We are seeking a Junior Java Full Stack Trainer for a part-time position at our location in Chandigarh. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 3 years of experience and will be responsible for delivering quality training and guiding learners to excel in full stack Java development. The candidate should possess both strong technical skills and the ability to convey complex information effectively.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proven teaching or technical training experience in full stack Java development, engaging various levels of learners.
• In-depth knowledge of Java with hands-on practice. (Mandatory skill)
• Strong understanding of data structures and the ability to teach complex algorithms effectively. (Mandatory skill)
• Fundamental knowledge of networking concepts and protocols. (Mandatory skill)
• Solid grasp of DBMS technologies, capable of illustrating data management practices and database design principles.

• Develop training content, including lectures, tutorials, and hands-on exercises tailored to junior developers.

• Mentor students on critical programming paradigms, focusing on scalability and performance optimization.
• Support problem-solving exercises, leveraging data structure knowledge to build efficient algorithms.
• Collaborate with the team to refine and enhance training methodologies and materials for richer learning experiences.
